Our unique Western themed Saloon Bar at Wild Goose Tavern in Costa Mesa is the perfect place to host your next event! This 21 and over venue can accommodate a variety of guest counts for special events ranging from 20 people to 100 guests. In addition to our Saloon Bar, our spacious Patio can be added on for a private event and has the perfect layout for birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and all types of wedding functions including engagement parties, wedding welcome parties and wedding after parties!

Wild Goose Tavern is designed to flex with your guest list while delivering a true Private Saloon Bar experience. For smaller gatherings, the Saloon can be reserved as an intimate, fully private setting for up to 20 guests, complete with a dedicated bar in a lively 21+ atmosphere.
Combine the Saloon with our Private Patio to host a fully private event for up to 100 guests, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow that’s perfect for celebrations, corporate mixers, and social events.
For mid-sized groups, we offer semi-private options that blend the Saloon and Patio, giving you the ideal balance of exclusivity and energy. With multiple layout configurations and flexible guest capacities, Wild Goose Tavern stands out as a top private event venue in Costa Mesa, CA.

Menu
For events that have 25 or more guests, we require self-serve buffet services. We have a variety of menus available to customize your offerings. You can choose our “All-You-Can-Eat” pricing structure to take out the guess work or go with a “Fixed Quantity Pricing” option that is great for assuring you have just enough to eat along with a larger bar budget. For smaller group bookings, we can offer our regular menu or we would happily help you create the perfect pre-fixed menu for your occasion!

Megan is an event + hospitality veteran with almost 20 years of professional experience. She has done it all from serving tables, training and opening new restaurant locations, to weddings of all sizes at hundreds of venues as well as large-scale public events with over 300,000 attendees. Her knowledge and experience spans San Diego, Orange, and LA counties.
At Lounge Group Events, Megan ensures every client enjoys a seamless, thoughtful, and masterful event experience from booking to the day-of execution. We couldn’t be happier to have her talents guiding our guests’ most important celebrations.
With over 20 years of experience producing and directing large-scale events, Leanna has truly done it all! She began her career as the owner and director of one of North OC’s largest dance studios, and in 2019 opened and operated the Classic Fullerton Ballroom event space. In 2022, she brought her passion for not only entertaining and serving the masses but her commitment to quality staff development and event offerings to the Lounge Group Event locations.
We’re so lucky to have her expertise, creativity, and especially her authenticity in her event client relationships as she values all aspects of supporting her clients from initial inquiry to event execution for small intimate dinners to large scale wedding receptions.
